We had a one-night stay here at the end of our trip, and were welcomed by the kindest, most helpful staff, and a clean, comfortable room! The neighbourhood might not look like much, but is actually close to Puno’s two main squares, with great bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel is right next to Puno mercado. The building isn’t new, but it was warm at night and the water in the shower was hot (no shampoo provided). We enjoyed breakfast and the staff is very caring and easy to communicate. After all, its a budget hotel, and for the money - a great value.

We stayed with Oliver and Sebastiana 2 nights.
It was nice rooms and good food and we booked a boat tour through Oliver.
Everyone we met was super friendly and helpful even when we felt sick.

"Si tiene buena limpieza ,el desayuno es un poco básico ,lo que no me gustó es que en el cuarto hace mucho frío parece un congelador Ni con 5 frazadas te sientes caliente . Y en los alrededores no hay nada prácticamente."

"When checking-in, staff was helpful. No problem till checking out. They called taxi for us from hotel to the airport,upon request at agreed price. After the taxi drove out for about 7 minutes. Driver got call. And drove back to the hotel. The attendant checked us out came to the taxi we were in. ..."
